I began taking photos with a Brownie camera that my grandfather gave me when I was a child. I can’t remember a time without a camera in my hand. I love to be outdoors and sit in a flower garden or near the water and capture photos of nature. So many times we don’t really see what is around us. Take an extra moment to look at the flowers near the shopping center, in front of businesses you frequent or just driving down the road. You might be surprised at what you see.

I also enjoy photography that is designed to capture a baby/child’s day and activities in a documentary style format. There does not need to be a special occasion or event…I am just capturing the essence of your child, doing what they normally do. It is called “A Day in the Life.”

I have had photographs published in magazines worldwide and won numerous local and state photography contests.
